Overview

Our refund and returns policy is as follows:

Downloadable digital products: No refunds are available for the following downloaable digital products including ebooks, audio books, meditation recordings and breathwork recordings. In case of a defective product, see the exchange policy below.

Online digital courses: Refunds are available within 15 days of purchase. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund.

Group Programs: Total refunds are available within 20 days of purchase. If 20 days have passed since your purchase, we can offer you a pro-rated refund based on the number of days since purchase of the program.

Mentorship Programs: Total refunds are available within 15 days of purchase. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, we can offer you a pro-rated refund based on the number of days since purchase of the program.

To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive your proof of purchase, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

We will replace the following products at no additional charge if they are found to be defective:
ebooks
audio books
meditation recordings
breathwork recordings
